Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MyClosingDashboard.com, including MyClosingDashboard.com, related dashboards, portals, software features, preboarding processes, demonstrations, preview features, Computational Transaction Coordination capabilities, and related services.

For purposes of these Terms, “MyClosingDashboard.com,” “My Closing Dashboard,” “MCD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the MyClosingDashboard.com platform and its operator prior to formal incorporation.

By accessing or using MyClosingDashboard.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Current and Future Services

MyClosingDashboard.com is a transaction operations technology platform designed to support real estate contract-to-close activities.

The platform may include transaction management tools, workflow functionality, dashboards, computational transaction analysis, communication tools, document organization, reporting, integrations, and other operational features.

Certain software capabilities, Computational Transaction Coordination features, user-controlled file-management tools, artificial intelligence functionality, integrations, and other platform functionality may be offered in development, preview, preboarding, limited-release, early-access, beta, or coming-soon status.

Descriptions of future or developing capabilities do not constitute a guarantee of availability, launch date, functionality, pricing, or continued availability.

Live transaction coordination services may be available through a separate transaction coordination service provider and may be governed by separate service agreements.

2. Preboarding and Early Access

Submission of an inquiry, contact request, early-access request, preboarding form, demonstration request, account request, or similar submission does not guarantee access to software, acceptance as a customer, availability of a particular service, pricing, account approval, or the creation of a customer relationship.

MyClosingDashboard.com may approve, limit, modify, delay, suspend, or withdraw preboarding, preview, beta, or early-access privileges as the platform develops.

3. Computational Transaction Coordination

Computational Transaction Coordination (“Computational TC” or “CTC”) is designed to organize, evaluate, and interpret transaction information to produce operational conclusions.

Depending on the functionality available at the time, Computational TC may evaluate information such as transaction dates, workflow activity, task activity, documents, transaction status, missing information, transaction state, deadline pressure, exceptions, operational health, workflow completion, and next operational priorities.

Computational TC may use deterministic rules, software calculations, automated processing, artificial intelligence, or other computational methods as the platform evolves.

Computational outputs are intended to provide operational decision support.

They are not guarantees that every transaction issue, deadline, document deficiency, contractual requirement, title matter, compliance concern, financial issue, or transaction risk has been identified.

4. Human Review and User Responsibility

Computational outputs are designed to support human decision-making and are not intended to replace professional judgment, transaction oversight, or appropriate human review.

Users remain responsible for reviewing transaction information and determining appropriate actions.

Users remain responsible for business decisions, contractual decisions, negotiations, approvals, legal decisions, financial decisions, compliance decisions, and other matters requiring professional authority or human judgment.

A computational status, health score, exception, priority, recommendation, alert, or similar output should not be interpreted as a guarantee regarding the condition or outcome of a transaction.

5. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, Lending, Title, Brokerage, or Professional Advice

MyClosingDashboard.com does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, lending, underwriting, title, escrow, appraisal, brokerage, or other licensed professional advice through its software or computational outputs.

Information provided through the platform should not be interpreted as a substitute for advice or determinations from an attorney, accountant, title professional, escrow professional, lender, broker, licensed real estate professional, or other appropriately qualified professional.

Users should consult the appropriate professional whenever such advice or professional judgment is required.

6. Live Transaction Coordination Services

Live transaction coordination services are separate from the MyClosingDashboard.com technology platform unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Where live transaction coordination services are available, those services may include administrative and operational contract-to-close activities such as communication coordination, transaction deadline tracking, document coordination, title and escrow follow-up, issue escalation, transaction organization, and closing preparation.

Live transaction coordination services may be provided by Elite Closing Solutions or another applicable transaction coordination provider under separate terms, pricing, scope, and service agreements.

MyClosingDashboard.com does not automatically become the provider of live transaction coordination services merely because the transaction is displayed, tracked, analyzed, or supported through the MyClosingDashboard.com platform.

7. Accuracy and Completeness of Transaction Information

MyClosingDashboard.com and Computational TC depend on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information entered into, uploaded to, communicated to, integrated with, or otherwise made available to the platform.

Users and authorized transaction participants are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating material transaction changes promptly.

Incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, delayed, or missing information may cause computational outputs, deadlines, statuses, alerts, recommendations, priorities, or other platform information to be incomplete or inaccurate.

MyClosingDashboard.com is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by users or third parties.

8. No Closing or Transaction Guarantee

Use of MyClosingDashboard.com, Computational TC, or related tools does not guarantee that a transaction will close, close on time, satisfy contractual requirements, obtain financing, receive title clearance, avoid disputes, avoid defaults, satisfy inspection or due-diligence requirements, obtain governmental approval, or achieve any particular financial or business result.

Real estate transactions involve clients, buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, governmental agencies, service providers, and other third parties whose actions are outside the control of MyClosingDashboard.com.

9. Accounts, Credentials, and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

Users may not share credentials with unauthorized persons or allow unauthorized individuals to access transaction information through their accounts.

Users must promptly notify MyClosingDashboard.com of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, account misuse, or other security concerns.

Access to information may be restricted according to factors including user role, client relationship, transaction assignment, portal permissions, organization, account status, and other access-control rules.

MyClosingDashboard.com may implement or modify security requirements as necessary to protect users, transaction information, and the platform.

10. Permitted Use

Users may not use MyClosingDashboard.com to gain unauthorized access to another person's or organization's information; circumvent authentication, permissions, security controls, or access restrictions; interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform; introduce malware or malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; improperly collect or disclose confidential information; reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized extraction of protected software or computational methodologies; or use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

11. Transaction Data and Authorized Access

Users represent that they have the authority necessary to upload, enter, access, process, or share transaction information through MyClosingDashboard.com.

Users may only access transaction information for legitimate and authorized business purposes.

Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, authorizations, or contractual rights required before submitting information belonging to another person or organization.

MyClosingDashboard.com may restrict or remove access when authorization cannot reasonably be established.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

MyClosingDashboard.com may communicate with, integrate with, reference, rely upon, or provide links to third-party services.

These may include hosting providers, communications platforms, email systems, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, title companies, document systems, software providers, data services, authentication providers, and other external systems.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

MyClosingDashboard.com does not control and is not responsible for the independent availability, accuracy, security, performance, policies, outages, or actions of third-party services.

13. Platform Availability and Changes

MyClosingDashboard.com is an evolving technology platform.

Features may be added, modified, removed, limited, replaced, tested, suspended, or redesigned.

Preview, beta, early-access, computational, artificial-intelligence, and coming-soon functionality may change materially before or after general release.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, security work, provider outages, infrastructure failures, software errors, or other operational circumstances.

Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

14. Intellectual Property

MyClosingDashboard.com and its related technology, including its software, source code, computational methodologies, transaction rules, scoring methodologies, workflow structures, databases, interfaces, designs, documentation, processes, branding, reports, and other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to MyClosingDashboard.com.

Access to or use of MyClosingDashboard.com does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property.

Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for authorized purposes according to these Terms and any applicable customer agreement.

Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, extract, or commercially exploit proprietary platform technology except where expressly authorized in writing.

15. Confidentiality and Transaction Information

Users may have access to confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information concerning clients, buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, investors, agents, service providers, or other transaction participants.

Users must access and use such information only for legitimate and authorized business purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality where required by law, contract, professional duty, company policy, or transaction relationship.

16. Suspension or Termination of Access

MyClosingDashboard.com may suspend, restrict, or terminate platform access for reasons including unauthorized access or use, security concerns, violation of these Terms, misuse of transaction information, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, nonpayment where applicable, termination of the applicable customer relationship, threats to the security or integrity of the system, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Suspension or termination of platform access does not automatically eliminate payment or other contractual obligations arising under a separate customer agreement.

17. Disclaimers

MyClosingDashboard.com is intended to provide transaction organization, workflow tools, operational information, and computational decision support.

The platform should not be treated as a substitute for independent professional review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyClosingDashboard.com does not warrant that computational outputs, transaction information, recommendations, statuses, alerts, calculations, or other platform content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular transaction or purpose.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyClosingDashboard.com and its owners, officers, contractors, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform.

This includes, where legally permissible, losses arising from transaction delays, failed closings, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party actions, data supplied by users or third parties, reliance on computational outputs, service interruptions, or unauthorized access outside the reasonable control of MyClosingDashboard.com.

19. Separate Customer and Service Agreements

Paid software subscriptions, Computational TC services, custom services, enterprise access, consulting, transaction coordination services, pricing, payment obligations, cancellations, usage limits, support levels, account seats, and other commercial arrangements may be governed by separate agreements.

Where a signed customer or service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the applicable signed agreement will control with respect to the services governed by that agreement.

20. Changes to These Terms

MyClosingDashboard.com may revise these Terms as the platform, Computational TC capabilities, legal requirements, security practices, business model, or available services evolve.

The current version will be posted through MyClosingDashboard.com.

Where required or appropriate, users may be required to affirmatively accept materially revised Terms before continuing to use certain services.
